Managing 'auto-renewal' of domains 

To do this via the aql portal

1. Log-in and select > Domains > My domains > Show all
2. Mark all the domains you wish to change using the tick boxes provided
3. Click the button 'with selected' which should be visible underneath your list of domains
4. Click 'Auto Renewal Status'
5. Select 'Disable auto-renew'
