Decreased voice capacity on BT interconnects in the South West. - RESOLVED

We can now confirm that all circuits within BT have been restored, and that service is now fully restored.

Dear Customer

We are currently observing an issue affecting BT interconnects in the South West,  The issue has been raised with BT and they are actively working on a resolution,, calls should automatically route to an alternate interconnect however as this is reliant on BT transit capacity there is a potential that congestion could be experienced on inbound calls.

We will ensure that you are updated as this progresses, our next update will be at 12:00 today or on resolution.
