BT PSTN interconnect issue - UPDATED

Dear Customer

We are seeing restoration of service at this time, however we have not received an all clear response from BT as of yet, as such we do not consider this issue fully resolved at this time.

We will update you again at 12:00 today or on resolution.

Dear Customer

Please be aware that BT are currently experiencing an issue within their network, this issue has resulted in a loss of one of our interconnects. Inbound calls (PSTN to SIP) will route via alternate interconnects, congestion may be observed during peak times. BT are aware of the issue and they are actively investigating.

We will provide you with an update on this issue at 12:00 today or on resolution.
