Line of sight connectivity intermittent issues - RESOLVED

I can confirm that this is still being investigated, though we believe that traffic should now have re routed correctly following work to resolve the connection outages.

Dear Customer

We are currently aware of an issue that is effecting some of our customers on our Line of Sight services. This is causing intermittent connection faults, where connectivity will drop for a short period of time and then recover, as well as a few instances of longer outages.

Our teams are actively investigating at this time, and we will ensure you are updated as this progresses.

Our next update will be at 17:00, or on resolution.
