Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer,

Our Engineers will be working in one of our Data Centres on an internal improvement power distribution project (in some of our distributed rack space).

We anticipate no downtime during each phase of the improvement project, however, during the schedule, some of the listed services will be at risk of a partial outage.

• Jan 20th 2021 between 10:00 and 16:00 for phase 1
• Jan 27th 2021 between 10:00 and 16:00 for phase 2
• Feb 3rd 2021 between 10:00 and 16:00 for phase 3
• Feb 10th 2021 between 10:00 and 16:00 for phase 4
• Feb 17th 2021 between 10:00 and 16:00 for phase 5
