Dear Customers

We are currently aware of an issue affecting customer ability to download Voice CDR files at this time.

We are actively investigating this issue at this time, and we will update you as we progress this investigation.

Our next update is scheduled for 16:00 or on resolution.

At this time we are still investigating this issue, as we work to fully restore service at this time.

At this time we have completed mitigation of this issue, and CDR downloads should now be fully available again.

We will provide a further update at 10:00 20/01/2021 or on resolution.
