Good Morning

We are currently aware of an issue that is causing the provisioning of numbers and the amendments of endpoints to not be correctly amended to our services.

We are actively investigating the issue, however until this has been resolved, we request that customers postpone all provisioning and endpoint amendments with immediate effect until the issue has been resolved.

Our investigations into this issue are continuing. While our engineers continue to work towards a resolution we kindly request that our customers continue to postpone endpoint and provisioning changes.

Investigations are still ongoing in our effort to resolve this issue. We again ask customers to continue to postpone endpoint changes and the provisioning of new numbers while we resolve this issue.

Investigations are still ongoing in our effort to resolve this issue. We now anticipate that service will be restored by 20:00 21/08/2020 but this is subject to change.

Until we can confirm this is resolved we continue to ask our customers to continue to postpone endpoint changes and the provisioning of new numbers while we resolve this issue.

We will provide the next update to this announcement at 20:00 or upon resolution.

Update 21/08/2020 20:00

Investigations are still ongoing in our effort to resolve this issue. The anticipated time for resolution of this issue has been moved to 21:00 21/08/2020. This remains subject to change.

Until we can confirm this is resolved we continue to ask our customers to continue to postpone endpoint changes and the provisioning of new numbers while we resolve this issue.

We will provide the next update to this announcement at 21:00 or upon resolution.

Update 21/08/2020 21:45

This issue has been resolved and it will now be possible to amend endpoints and provision numbers.

Please note that changes to numbers made made between the hours of 10am and 9pm may not have been applied. Most changes have been logged and will be applied after Monday 24th August 2020. Please contact support@uk.aql.com or raise a ticket if you are aware of any outstanding changes after this date.

We will be performing follow up works to ensure that all issues relating to this incident are resolved. We will provide an update when these have been scheduled.
