Outage Description/Impact

We are currently looking into a traffic spike in our London network. Customers may be seeing packet loss and connectivity issues across all services.

UPDATE 18:00 06/09/20

The root network issue has been resolved. However some services remain affected. Customer making use of our SMPP or API services will remain to see issues.

UPDATE 18:20 06/09/20

Our investigations into this issue continue. Most services should be recovering but some issues may still be observed.
