As part of our continued efforts to offer higher quality services, we’re going to be removing a feature found on our old portal,


Currently found at, our ‘legacy tickets’ feature, will be inaccessible to all clients from 01/10/2020. To be specific, all tickets raised before the date of 01/02/2017 will no longer be found on your legacy ticket feed. If you require tickets of this nature after the feature has been removed, we’d ask that you please raise a support ticket and our team will be happy to help you to find a transcript of the ticket conversation chain.


For all tickets that have been raised from 01/02/2017 onwards, these will still be accessible via our new portal, (URL:
