Dear Customer,

We are aware of an ongoing issue with the wholesale CDR data from 26th August 2020. The information in the current CDR’s is incomplete. We are currently in the process of correcting these CDR’s and expect the data for August will be corrected by the close of business 11th September 2020. Once August's data is correct, we will begin correcting the data for September. Once this has been complete, we will update this announcement and we advise re-downloading the data again from 26th August 2020 to ensure you have a complete record of your outbound calls.
