Office Inbound Call issues - RESOLVED
We can confirm that the phone issues being suffered have now been resolved, and inbound call capacity to all of our teams has been restored.
We apologise for any inconvenience suffered.
We are currently aware of an issue with our Office Phone system which is causing limited capacity to receive inbound calls. We are worknig ot resovle this issue as quickly as possible, and I can confir mthat we are able to receive inbound calls, but limited capacity means that it might be neccessary for you to make multiple attempts as we work to resolve this issue.
We will provide further updates by 11:00 today or on resolution.
