Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer,

We are currently investigating disruption on one of our core links which has been causing packet loss to some long-lived connections including L2TP and MVNO.

We have isolated the link we believe is affected and are investigating further.

Our next update will be at 12:00 BST or upon resolution.

UPDATE:

Investigations are ongoing with one of our inter-site connections at present, as we work to restore full resiliency.

Our next update will be at 16:00 BST or upon resolution.

FURTHER UPDATE:

An engineer is heading to the site to start point-to-point tests.

Our next update will be at 10:00 GMT on Monday 30th Oct.

UPDATE:

Traffic has been restored as of 14:30 GMT on 29/10/23 however further works are being carried out and we still consider the link at risk.
