Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer

A temporary suspension of MVNO provisioning activity is necessary due to system maintenance. No SIM related operations will be possible during this period with the exception of necessary SIM terminations/suspensions, which will have to be triggered manually by our staff upon request.

The suspension of the service will begin at 9PM on 10th June and will last until 9AM on 11th June at latest. The actual duration is expected to be much shorter, however.
