Dear Customer

We are currently operating at reduced network resilience. There is currently no service impact as traffic has re-routed over other links.

Our engineers are actively investigating the disruption. The next update will be provided at 16:00 BST or before should further information become available. 

UPDATE: We are currently working with the network operator to isolate the root cause of the service disruption. Our next update will be at 09:30 on 17/05/2024.

UPDATE: This issue was RESOLVED and service resumed on 17/05/2024 00:05 BST. The network operator has confirmed that this issue was due to Fibre damage caused by National Grid drilling to the installation of a new pylon.
