Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer

Due to fibre works going on over the next two weeks, there is a risk of disruption to MVNO connections due to the sensitivity of the connection heartbeats.

We do not expect any issues beyond sessions disconnecting and reconnecting the next time the customer router retries, but we will be monitoring throughout.
