Dear Customers,
Across the course of the maintenance window, we will be closing sessions still connected to the legacy upstream gateways.
We estimate that this will affect approximately 50% of sessions connected at the time.
Customers will see the session cleanly disconnect, and then your device will reconnect automatically based on its retry strategy.
No further disruption is expected, and the works will be staggered across the window to minimise the load to your LNS/RADIUS infrastructure. |
