Dear Customer We are aware of several instances of short-term network disruption on the connectivity services offered to customers in our DC3 facility at Salem Chapel. We have isolated the root cause and are currently liaising with the related Vendor to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. We will issue a separate notice in the coming days to confirm a scheduled maintenance period for this service as we work to fully resolve these disruptions. |
