Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer,

We are currently aware of an issue which is negatively affecting customers attempting to sign into the aql portal.

This has been traced to a global issue with Cloudflare.

Cloudflare is actively investigating, and we will update this announcement as information becomes available.

Please be aware that any customer API endpoints protected by Cloudflare could be affected by this issue, which could result is faults such as SMS message delivery failure.

UPDATE: Cloudflare has fully resolved its internal issue, and service has returned to normal.
