Dear Customer We are currently aware of disruptions to our Data SIM services at this time, which are affecting a small number of customers who have seen a drop in service. There is currently no service impact as traffic has re-routed over other links. We are actively investigating to find the source of this disruption, and we will ensure this announcement is updated as the investigation progresses. |
