Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer,

We are aware of disruptions to our SMS service at this time, which have led to delays of inbound messages being received by up to 3 hours.

This has now been resolved and delivery times for inbound messages should now have returned to normal. We are not aware of any further issues regarding this at this time.
