Outage Description/Impact

Dear customer,

In order to improve service performance, we will be carrying out maintenance on the infrastructure supporting our Wholesale Voice Platform.

We have taken the necessary steps to minimise disruption to service all platforms are resilient and we are not expecting any downtime during these works.

Whilst we do not expect any disruption, inbound voice services will be considered at risk for the duration of these works.
