Outage Description/Impact

From 10:00 GMT we will be carrying out configuration changes to try and resolve an issue with tunnel stability coming in from upstream.

This will be in the following stages:

10:00 - configuration changes

11:00 - restart affected tunnels

11:15 - 12:00 - monitoring

During the restart, approximately 25% of sessions will cleanly disconnect and then reconnect via another path. No disruption is expected beyond this reconnect, but the service should be considered at risk throughout the window.
