Outage Description/Impact |
Dear Customer This evening, starting at 17:30 GMT, we will be migrating services from the failing switch in DC3 to a replacement device. This will cause a brief disruption to customers taking internet access in DC3, who are directly connected to this switch. Works are expected to take no more than 30 minutes. |
