We are currently suffering significant disruption to our Core Network services, which will affect multiple services at this time. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue.

Our engineers are actively investigating the disruption. The next update will be provided at 14:00 or before should further information become available.

Voice (Retail (sip.aql.com), Fax, CDRs)

SMPP connections to smpp.leeds.aql.com

We have taken action to mitigate the issue, and services should now be recovered.
