Outage Description/Impact |
Dear Customer,
Our engineering team identified an issue with processing SIP CDRs. A fix has since been successfully deployed and the system is capturing and processing CDRs as normal.
Due to the issue, a small backlog of CDRs is waiting to be processed. Historical and new CDRs are envisaged to be fully processed by 15:00 GMT.
