Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer,

As part of our infrastructure upgrades, we will be migrating more domains from our hosting1.aql.com server (141.170.20.15) to a new server hosting2.aql.com (141.170.20.102) during the weeks commencing 8th September 2025.

Important Information: Email Settings: Please ensure that your inbound and outbound email configuration settings do not use hosting1.aql.com as the mail server (inbound and outbound) as this hostname will cease after the migration. You should be able to use your domain name as the hostname in most cases unless you have amended the DNS records

DNS & SPF Records: Any DNS and SPF records that currently reference the old server will be updated by aql to ensure continued email delivery.
