Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer

Three will be carrying out maintenance on their LAC infrastructure to add new nodes and decommission old ones.

This will be carried out every Tuesday between 10:00 and 11:00 across November.

No disruption is expected, and we will be monitoring connection stats each day.

This will only affect how new sessions are balanced. Existing established sessions will not be affected.
