Dear Customer,

We are currently operating at reduced network resilience. There is currently no service impact as traffic has re-routed over other links.

Our engineers are actively investigating the disruption. The next update will be provided at 16:52 BST or before should further information become available.

UPDATE: The cause of the issue is suspected to be a fibre break. We will continue to provide another update at 17:52 BST or if further information is available before 17:52 BST.

UPDATE: Engineers have been dispatched the investigate the break, and we will have a further update regarding this issue at 09:00 tomorrow morning.

UPDATE: Engineers are currently enroute to the site to carry out repair works on the fibre to store the service. The next update will be provided at 13:00 BST
