Outage Description/Impact

Dear customer,

From 03/01/2023 onwards, we will be performing infrastructure upgrades to increase reliability and resilience with on our mobile messaging services.

This will cause some of our source traffic to originate from additional IP address ranges. If you filter on aql IP addresses you may need to amend any existing firewall rules that you have in place

This will affect anyone who uses:

1. Receives SMPP DLRs via HTTP/HTTPS call method
2. Receives SMS Mobile Originated (MO) messages via our API
3. Sends SMS Mobile Terminating (MT) messages via our API

To ensure minimal disruption to your aql services, please allow ALL of the below subnets in your firewall:

141.170.8.0/24 (new)

141.170.55.0/24 (new)

109.239.102.0/24 (current)

109.239.103.0/24 (current)

194.145.189.0/24 (current)
