Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer,

We are currently aware of disruptions to our SMPP and SMS services at this time, which are causing delays in SMS message delivery at this time.

We are actively investigating to find the source of this disruption, and we will ensure this announcement is updated every 30 minutes or sooner.

UPDATE - The service disruption has now been resolved and SMS delivery should now be functioning as normal.
