Dear Customer

We are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting our ability to accept new orders for our singlenet SIMs. This issue includes any modifications such as activating, suspending and terminating SIMs however this will not affect the usability of currently activated SIMs.

At this time recovery actions are ongoing to resolve the issues.
