Dear Customer

We are currently operating at reduced network resilience. There is currently no service impact as traffic has re-routed over other links.

Our engineers are actively investigating the disruption and working with the network operator to isolate the root cause of the service disruption. The next update will be provided at 09:30 BST on 21/05/2024 or before should further information become available. 

UPDATE: This issue was RESOLVED and service resumed on 21/05/2024 04:20 BST. The network operator has confirmed that this issue was due to a fibre break.
