Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customers,

We will be updating the customer portal and associated internal platforms. This upgrade has been designed to enhance your experience with faster performance and new features.

The scheduled maintenance window will take place from 22:00 BST on Monday, 14th of October, until 02:00 BST the following day. Whilst the customer portal may experience brief periods of downtime during the upgrade window, none of our other services will be affected.
