Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer,

We are currently operating at reduced network resilience. There is currently no service impact as traffic has re-routed over other links.

Our engineers are actively investigating the disruption. The next update will be provided at 17:00 BST or before should further information become available. 

Update: A splicing team is currently enroute to the affected site who will be working through the night to resolve the issue, a further update shall be provided at 09:00 BST. 

UPDATE: Work by the splicing team has been completed and the link has recovered. Network resilience has now been restored as of 01:43 BST.
