Dear Customer

We are currently aware of disruptions to our SMS services at this time, which are causing delays in SMS message delivery at this time.

We are actively investigating to find the source of this disruption, and we will ensure this announcement is updated as the investigation progresses.

UPDATE - Following works by our technical teams, the service disruption has been resolved, and SMS delivery should now be functioning as per normal.
