Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer

This maintenance window covers rack migrations and upgrades to aql infrastructure within our London Telehouse datacentre environments.

Engineers will be working within our Telehouse North, East, and West racks, in close proximity to core network infrastructure. As a result, services are considered at potential risk during the activity window.

No customer-facing services are expected to be directly affected.

However, due to proximity to core network systems, there is a theoretical risk of service disruption during the works.

All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure services remain stable throughout the maintenance period. Engineers will be working carefully and methodically within the datacentre environment to minimise any risk of disruption.
