Outage Description/Impact |
Dear Customer,
We experienced a service outage affecting sip.aql.com and Fax services (inbound and outbound) due to an issue related to maintenance works within the LON1 data centre.
During this period, customers may have experienced packet loss impacting these services. Our engineering team investigated the issue, identified and isolated the root cause, and has confirmed that services have now been fully restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this issue was resolved. |
