Customers requiring emergency access, particularly at our DC2 and DC3 sites, please tick the box which informs us this is emergency access: 

This also triggers the access protocols with the wider council landowner and informs them that you may need to park vehicles on that land outside the data centre for the purposes of emergency works either during or out of hours. Please supply your vehicle details wherever possible to speed up entry. 

We do not "police" what is or is not an emergency; we respect that you will assess the commensurate levels of importance.
