Outage Description/Impact |
Dear Customer, We have identified a minor issue with our SFTP platform, which has affected the generation of MVNO CDRs. A fix has been planned and will be actioned at 17:00 today (25th January 2022). The issue started on 9th January 2022, whereby some CDRs were missing from customers SFTP accounts. We will be regenerating CDRs for customers affected between 09/01/2022 and today. From 17:00, you may experience a delay with CDR processing, whilst we regenerate your CDRs.We apologise for any inconvenience caused. |
