Dear Customer,

We are currently operating at reduced network resilience. There is currently no service impact as traffic has re-routed over other links.

This is due to a fibre break which is under active investigation at this time.

UPDATE: The fibre break has been repaired and the link has recovered. Network resilience has now been restored.
