Outage Description/Impact |
Dear Customer,
As part of our regular maintenance cycle, we are due to upgrade the infrastructure that supports aql Loadbalanced Services. This scheduled update is designed to enhance platform performance, security, and long-term reliability. Because our network utilises a load-balanced architecture, this upgrade will be rolled out incrementally in the background. Traffic will automatically route to active servers, whilst the standby is upgraded to ensuring continuous availability with no planned downtime. We do not anticipate any disruption to your operations or accessibility to aql services, and our engineering teams will be monitoring the transition closely to ensure a seamless experience. |
