Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that in January 2024 we will be introducing a new SBC cluster. To avoid any issues that could affect service, please ensure that the new IP addresses are allowed by 15/01/2024.

Please see the updated list of inbound and outbound IP addresses for our SIP wholesale platform:

SIP/signalling UDP. The standard port is 5060, but if the URI states a port it will be honoured (for example sip:%[email protected]:5099 will result in the destination port being 5099, though our listen port will remain as 5060).
