We are happy to confirm that this issue has been resolved, and that messages are now being delivered by our Text to Speech platform. Queued messages are now being actively processed.
Please be aware that we are currently investigating an issue with our text to Speech and Voice Push service. We are aware that though these messages are being accepted by our system, delivery is not being carried out that this time. We can confirm that messages submitted to this platform are currently being queued, and that no messages have been lost, simply delayed while we investigate.
We will update you next on this issue at 15:00 today or on resolution.
