Outage Description/Impact

Dear Customer,

Please be aware that a power outage on the national Grid has occurred in the area of our Leeds Salem Chapel site. This has taken both DC2 and DC3 off the national grid power and failed over onto our generators. At this time back up power services via generator are providing all power requirements for the data centre, and will allow continued service until national grid power is restored.

Due to the power loss, we are also seeing disruption across our line of sight network.

We will provide an update at 12:30 or on resolution

UPDATE:

We are currently on generator power to at this time, with national grid power estimated to return by 15:30 today at the last report.

We will update you again at 13:30 or on resolution

UPDATE:

We are currently on generator power to at this time, with national grid power estimated to return by 15:30 today at the last report.

We will update you again at 14:30 or on resolution

UPDATE:

We can confirm that we have returned to Mains grid power following resolution of the issue, and are no longer running on generator back up.
